Emma Sayle was my sensational guest this week and we deep dived into the world of women's sexuality.
Emma is the founder of Killing Kittens, which creates sex positive events focused on female empowerment.

Killing Kittens was born 20 years ago and it is now part of the digital sex positive community, We are X / the wax app, known as the f*cking app for the openminded.

Emma created the KK community out of a strong desire to empower, liberate and enable more equality in the world focused on empowering women sexually.

There is lots of laughter in this episode! We discuss ways to turn a woman on: Emma's is a Ninja air fryer and mine is coffee in bed. Ha ha ha.

Emma has a brilliant take on the difference between men and women and uses the analogy of an ice cube tray for the way a man's brain works versus a women's which is like a plate of spaghetti. Bang on, ha ha ha.

We also discuss great ways to navigate the sex party / swinging scene as a newbie, pegging chat, what makes a great party and the exciting plans ahead for Killing Kittens and We are X.

This week's guest was Dr Tania Zahra King-Mohammad, we have an amazing uplifting, empowering and expansive conversation.
Tania has an awesome story of how she chose to step away from everything she had been told and learnt to then create the life she desired.
Tania trained in medicine and she recognised that role was shackling her so she courageously left it all and started a property business.

She now supports entrepreneurs to own their worth and build what they desire from that embodied state. And in her non confirming style she has also moved from London to create a new life in Ibiza with her family.

We discuss wealth and letting go of the matrix brainwashing and indoctrination.

Tania also discusses the shedding of her identity as a doctor, the fact we all have choices in life and can create whatever you desire. We discuss intuition and making choices in alignment.

We also discuss titles and the hierarchy that creates, and I realise I used a title for my "mentor"... this came up with him this week and I am no longer using that as I realise I was in fact disempowering myself... so just shows how we evolve in a short space of time.

And finally we talk around the most important thing in life is being yourself and authenticity, which starts by looking within.

There is nothing that a woman cannot do, Amy Taylor is evidence of that, defining herself as a woman who has done loads of things that "women shouldn't do".

Amy has a super fascinating story, she does not hold back in her sharing, there is no sugar coating around the highs and lows of being a sex worker in LA.

She has certainly explored a lot in her life so far.

Her life started out studying as a scientist to then becoming a high end companion as well as learning to be a female pilot.

Amy has had first hadn't experience of what life is like to date billionaires and be paid for it. From travelling the world to experiencing being treated to Julia Robert's style shopping trips on Rodeo drive. Those were the highs.

Everything changed when Amy attracted a stalker, her life then became at risk hugely and he was in fact arrested for trying to kill her.

Lastly Amy shares the reality of being a model in her 40's now. She doesn't deny the fact that she has had cosmetic surgery, a boob job and liposuction, "it's LA, everyone does that here."

She is now living in New York and is enjoying the fun that the city brings.

This is the first episode of the new style.
I had no idea what this would look like… I still don’t know… it feels like a dancing in the unknown and creating through complete flow.

And I had the perfect guest to create that with this week.
Heidi Hinda Chadwick is an exceptional woman and such a hoot!

A special episode this week… it’s yours truly.

I was interviewed by Tamara in May on her podcast, Straight from the Source’s mouth and she recently invited me back to discuss the huge awakening I’ve been through. (And she allowed me to share the audio with you gorgeous lot).

I talk about the catalysts that cause my recent uplevel and how my car crash was the final moment of creation to allow me to fully embody the higher consciousness teaching.

I believe when we are ready to receive and apply a higher truth the teacher appears.

We discuss why I shifted from coaching under the lens of healing to operating under the perspective of expansion and what that looks like in practice when coaching with me.

We also discussed living from a place of authenticity, being highly conscious around where you place your energy, how to harness and act on your intuition, letting go of the brainwashing BS and acting in alignment with self.

I also share tips on how to create using the example of desiring huge wealth.
