The episode uncovers a whole spectrum of hustles - from running a prison store, brewing Spud Juice (aka Prison Hooch), drug selling, lottery ticket hustles, stealing food from the kitchen, and even hosting dice games, all of which fall on the wrong side of the law. But it's not all illegal - J Kre8tiv also sheds light on the legit means to make money - barber services, artistic pursuits like creating greeting cards, working as an inmate porter, or part of the kitchen staff earning a measly 20 to 75 dollars a month, translating to a pitiful 17 to 23 cents an hour.
