At this point in time, all UCC functions can be performed digitally and electronically. There are exceptions to electronic submittals; Any licensed contractor that has a pressure seal, cannot at this time submit electronically and must continue with paper submissions until their respective board allows. These include licensed master plumbers, licensed electricians, and licensed heating ventilation and air conditioner contractors.
