From the Town of Tyngsborough, this week’s Town Manager’s Report covers new initiatives, regional partnerships, and community updates.
Highlights include:
• A new online tracker for the Select Board’s FY26 goals, helping residents follow progress by quarter
• Formation of a regional Veterans District with Dracut
• Ongoing discussions to provide ambulance service for Dunstable
• Recognition for the Town Clerk’s Office for improved efficiency and resident service
Also in this update: $725,000 in new grants awarded, police hiring interviews underway, and upcoming community events — Vaccine Clinic (Oct. 21), Repair Café (Oct. 25), Zero Waste Day (Nov. 1), and Oral History Day (Feb. 21, 2026).
Road improvements continue into spring 2026, and the Police Department introduces new community programs including Car Seat Safety, Safe Watch, and the Blue Envelope initiative.
