I’m Yolie Poulter, your host of TRUTH and TIME. I am also a wife, mother, and grandmother. I started my journey in wellness from a very young age, always fascinated with healing techniques with natural remedies, which later led me to discovering naturopathic approaches to heal the "body, mind, spirit, and soul." I enjoy learning and educating and others on how to improve healing the body and have healthy lifestyle changes. It's never too late to discover how to treat the root causes of illnesses rather than the symptoms, find out how to live well, and know "What's Happening" in our current culture.

So much truth is right before our eyes. It’s just a matter of whether we choose to see it or not. My passion is to provide truth through personal research, and findings by health and wellness experts, as well as inspire you to make better health care decisions.
