Given the time, expense, and challenges of owning and traveling in an RV, we want to get the most on our investment. In this episode I share a few insights into how we can do that. It's not an exhaustive list but there are some good ideas from what I've learned and others have shared.

A useful part of our RV is our awning. This cover allows us to extend the area of enjoyment as we travel with a purpose. Like everything else on our rigs, the awning also requires care and protection to extend it's life and our enjoyment. Not careing for the awning can result in damage to the awning, our rigs, and our checkbook.

In this episode I discuss some simple steps to protect the awning.

Something most of us take for granted is our telephones. Perhaps some of you remember the old dial up phones. Today this device holds incredible power beyond just checking in our our children and grandchidren, or perhaps, great grand children.

One of the enjoyable activities while traveling in RV's is the time taken to socialize with other RV'ers. This might be done around a fire pit or sharing lunch under a canopy. But many also enjoy participating in various games. One favorite game is Corn Hole.

Many of you will remember Myron Bruce from our Sojourner's fall workshop at Camp Bee. This is a conversation I had with him recently for my podcast, Our Journey to Hope. I thought it would be good for our Sojourner's podcast, Travel With a Purpoese.

It’s always exciting to speak with someone who has found their place in life and are using it to help others. That’s the idea behind this podcast. How can we use what we’ve been given by God to help others as they discover, sustain, or regain hope.

My guest in this episode is Myron Bruce. Myron uses his knowledge and talents to help us grow in hope through song. We’ll discuss how important it is for our hope, spiritual growth, and support for one another. Even if you are not someone who has a great singing voice, you will enjoy what Myron has to say. It may even cause you to bust out in song.
