About Chase Strangio: Chase Strangio is an American civil rights lawyer and transgender rights activist. He serves as Deputy Director for Transgender Justice and staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and is the first known transgender person to make oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court.
