Gameweek 7 is here, and Brighton have taken over FPL. De Cuyper and Groß are joint-top of the points table, and the transfer market is chasing them.

We start with a game of Guess the Player, where we each try to name a mystery FPL pick from five stat clues. Then three FPL trivia questions, and a look back at our Gameweek 6 teams, a 70-point week against a 58 that came down to the captaincy.

The second half is all about the template. We break down who managers are buying and selling for GW7, build the 11 most-owned players into a template XI, and pick who to own, who to fade and which differentials to back. We also look at how the crowd is splitting its £100m across defence, midfield and attack, and how our own 3-4-3s compare. Spoiler: neither of us owns the game's joint top scorer.
