  • Governance and Workplace Mental Health
    Mar 25 2026

Most organizations already offer mental health and wellbeing support. Employee Assistance Programs, therapy benefits, crisis lines, and wellness platforms are widely available.

    But availability doesn’t guarantee access.

In the last episode, we explored the Clarity Gap, the disconnect between the support that exists and what people can actually access under stress. In this episode, we take that one step further.

As organizations turn to AI to help close that gap, an important truth needs to be clear:

AI will not fix workplace mental health. But with the right governance, it can improve access to support.

    We explore:

    • Why workplace mental health support often goes underutilized
    • Where AI can help and where it introduces risk
    • Why most failures in this space are governance failures, not technical ones
    • What governance actually means in practice
    • The critical distinction between navigation and care
    • Where real ROI comes from in wellbeing investments

This episode is about designing systems that work for humans under pressure, not just on paper.

  • The Clarity Gap
    Mar 10 2026

Most organizations today offer mental health and wellbeing support. Employee assistance programs, therapy benefits, crisis lines, coaching, and wellness platforms are increasingly common.

Yet when employees feel overwhelmed or burned out, many still don’t use these resources.

It's not that support doesn’t exist. And not because it doesn’t work.

In this episode, we explore the Clarity Gap. That space between the support organizations provide and the support people can realistically access when they’re under stress.

    We talk about:

    • Why mental health resources often go unused
    • How stress affects decision-making and attention
    • Why adding more tools or benefits can unintentionally increase confusion
    • How complexity widens the gap between available support and usable support
    • What organizations can do to design clearer pathways to care

Mental health support only works when people can actually find and navigate it, especially when thinking clearly is hardest.

  • Your AI Assistant Can’t Meditate for You: How to Build a Mindful Tech Routine
    Mar 3 2026

Your AI assistant can plan your day, summarize your emails, and organize your work in seconds. But it can’t meditate for you.

No matter how powerful our tools become, they can’t slow your breath, ground your attention, or decide what actually matters. That part still belongs to you.

In this episode, we explore the difference between using technology and being used by it, and how to build a mindful tech routine that supports clarity instead of draining it.

    We talk about:

    • Why efficiency doesn’t equal awareness
    • How unexamined AI use fragments attention
    • The difference between digital minimalism and digital mindfulness
    • Simple practices for using technology with intention
    • How to protect attention in an AI-driven world

This isn’t about rejecting technology. It’s about remembering who’s in charge when you open your devices, and using AI as a tool, not a tether.
