    Some weeks don’t just move you — they stop you. After a devastating local accident took two teenage girls and left three others critically injured, our entire community was forced to pause. It was the kind of tragedy that makes you look at your calendar, your pace, your priorities, and quietly ask: What am I rushing toward? This episode is an honest reflection on how quickly life moves — and how easily we mistake speed for success.

    We talk about the culture of “go faster” that so many of us are living inside. The pressure. The packed schedules. The constant motion that feels productive but often leaves us disconnected.
