  • 04. On Purpose For His Purpose (feat. Katharine Montoya)
    May 1 2026

This week on This Week At Windsor, Jonathan and Ardin are joined by Katharine Montoya for a rich and honest conversation about faith, identity, and finding your place in the life of the church.

Katharine shares her journey to faith, navigating different church spaces, from Baptist to Pentecostal and then back to Baptist again. The conversation also explores her unique role in the church with the realities of church life behind the scenes; admin, processes, and the ongoing work of building healthy and safe churches in light of the Royal Commission. Along the way, Katharine speaks candidly about her experience working within the Church Health Team with feeling out of place within a team of all Pastors and the innate human nature to compare ourselves to those around us.

It’s a thoughtful and wide-ranging episode that reminds us we are each made intentionally, and invited to live with purpose right where God has placed us.
