Welcome to Mostly Okay, a podcast about grief, mental health, and all the nooks and crannies in life. Host, Rosemary, covers topics around her mothers cancer and death, living with Bipolar II, parenting, and all the hard conversations people avoid.
In this episode, Rosemary talks about her unexpected feeling of grief for her father after her mother passed away. She explores feelings of anger, sadness, and confusion while describing some of the major events that caused her to grieve her relationship with her father. A few examples of other situations someone may go through a similar experience are also explored.
