In 2017, I traveled to Kentucky to see a total solar eclipse. Seven years later, it came looking for me.

In this opening episode of This Is Her, I return to that moment and explore our ancient fear of darkness, the hidden light of the Sun’s corona, and the possibility that shadow may not always conceal truth—sometimes, it creates the conditions for truth to become visible.

What if darkness is not automatically devoid of Spirit or God?

What if shame, grief, desire, rage, contradiction, and tragedy do not take us outside the sacred, but reveal just how far the sacred extends?

A cinematic meditation on eclipses, shadow, God, and the mysterious light we can only see when ordinary brightness disappears....✨ Substack: https://miroslavacasiano.substack.com/?r=7ahk1l&utm_medium=ios...🎙️ Podcast available on all platforms!🟢 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/033z3QIJHljy2aqt6gcqmR🍎 Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/this-is-her-by-miroslava/id6799594890..✨ Let’s Stay Connected🎵 TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@miroslavacasiano💙 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MiroslavaCasiano📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/miroslavacasiano

This trailer is a small introduction to the world I’ve been building around Her—the woman inside the story, and the deeper awareness moving through her.

I’ll be sharing personal stories, mythology, music, cultural figures, and spiritual inquiry through a cinematic lens, but at the heart of all of it is something very simple: I want to get closer to the woman as she actually is.

The real, embodied, complicated, and fully alive WOMAN.

A lot of the stories you’ll hear here are my own, and my hope is that by letting you witness Her through me, you might recognize something in yourself too.

She is potter and clay, artist and masterpiece, God and Woman.

My name is Miroslava, and this is Her.
