Jerry Zehr was not a guest I would normally interview. Why did I? To overcome my own reservations and challenge my perspectives and views.

What I learned was Jerry's insight and his experience as a interfaith minister allows him unique insights and extraordinary empathy. I put my doubts to one side and followed my curiousity and once again the rewards speak for themselves.

You can get in touch with Jerry at the following links and BTW his new book The Peacemaker's path is out as well.

Make sure to rate the podcast and share it to a wider audience.👍👌

In this episode we talk about a wide range of topics including the science of dreaming, sleep, and flow states. We dive into consciousness through dynamic systems, cognitive science, transformative learning theory. Ways to push and play with the mind through mindfulness training, Vipassana meditation, extreme and endurance sports, fasting and breathwork.

This is an area I had very little information about and which I learned an amazing amount. Being able to access the power of dreaming is a skill in itself and definitely something to learn and add to your skill set.
