A proposito di questo titolo

You know that cycle of trying to tweak + tone + shrink your body, controlling your food, being rigid about workouts, feeling anxious about doing it all “right,” and hating yourself for messing up? Yeah — THAT isn’t how you’re meant to use your precious headspace or live your life. You’re meant to experience ease, freedom, and flow, and — feel *enough* in your own skin everyday so that you can focus on LIVING fully and LOVING it. And it starts with.... thinking about yourself, your body, and food differently. When we shift our inner world, we connect with our power and find our pathway to thriving. Hosted by Jennie Loerch, a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Intuitive Fitness Trainer, and body empowerment enthusiast who helps women liberate themselves from the diet culture Suckfest Cycle, this show brings you raw and real conversations with guests who have overcome intense food+body+fitness struggles to find a state of flow. Listen up to learn how you can shift how you relate to food, your body, and exercise too, and ultimately step into your thriviest life. All rights reserved Igiene e vita sana

    Feb 24 2021
Heyyyyyyyyy fam. I missed an episode last week. Because all hell broke loose in my home, city, and state. Also, the pod is pressing PAUSE for ~ a month so I can be a full yes to traveling the West Coast in a camper van for a month with my lover and 2 cats. Further also, Empowered in the Bedroom (previously called Loverfest) is postponed until sometime in April due to previously mentioned reasons. • {51} Shedding External Expectations to Claim Your True Desires-- With Bridget Shannon
    Feb 10 2021
Today I have another amazing woman to share with you. Ahhh I loved this conversation. Her name is Bridget Shannon. On a mission to reclaim wellness from diet culture, Bridget is a health coach, podcast host, and co-founder at Wellness Lately. After becoming a Certified Health Coach, spending 10 years working in the health industry (while seeing a lot of kale-infused, lycra-clad bullshit), and healing her own history with disordered eating and body image challenges, she’s passionate about helping women ditch dieting and embrace a version of wellness that actually feels good, through Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size and body liberation. To learn the five shifts she used to break the diet-binge cycle herself, watch the free class at wellnesslately.com/masterclass. Bridget has the beautiful energy of someone who is strong in their sense of self, comfortable with who she is, isn’t here to try to prove anything to anyone. She’s light and enjoyable yet knowledgeable as shit. MM this is a good one. She shares how she shifted her health journey from feeling frustrated, eratic, & sad, to peaceful, joyful, and neutral. Some key points we cover in our convo are: • How the BMI scale is whacked out and damaging • How a wellness obsession can be a guise for deep disordered eating • Breaking out of the mentality of waiting on losing weight to live life • The power of getting clear and taking action on life desires • Starting the recovery journey with self-kindness • The identity death + rebirth that comes along with this journey • Why pushing your comfort zone in the body you have is key AND SO MUCH MORE CONNECT W/ BRIDGET: website- https://www.wellnesslately.com/ insta- https://www.instagram.com/wellness_lately/ podcast- https://www.wellnesslately.com/podcast/ SIGN UP FOR LOVER FEST: https://www.jennieloerch.com/loverfest HANG W/ ME ON INSTA: https://www.instagram.com/jenniesthriving/

  • {50} Finding Ease Through Embodying Your Temple-- With Nadine Lee
    Feb 4 2021
Hello and welcome back to the 50th EPISODE. Of the think to thrive podcast. 50 whopping episodes. To celebrate this milestone I am bringing on a guest that is actually one of my dream guests. And her story as well as her line of work is going to shake things up a bit on the pod, and stretch what we’re comfortbale with. Which, what better way to celebrate a milestone than stretching the ol comfort zone?? Today my guest is the magnetic, Nadine Lee. Nadine is the founder of Tantric Alchemy, her company that helps people awaken the divine femenine, in union with the divine masculine and return home to themselves. She is a Teacher of the Feminine Tantric Arts; Feminine Embodiment Coach & Nutritionist. At the core of her work, she is here to expand your mind body & soul. She helps you break down conditionings & stories that bind you & hold you back from living your truest potential. Nadine shares her transformational journey going from a place with food + body + exercise she describes as non-acceptance, pain, discomfort- to where she is now which she describes as intuitive, nourishing, and authentic. Some of the key points we cover in our convo are: • The healing power of sacred sexuality • The role of sexual abuse at age 6 played into her struggle • All the ways we can become disconnected from our bodies, and how to reconnect through feminine embodiment • Eating according to the phase of your menstrual cycle • How transitions + feeling out of control exacerbated her struggles AND SO MUCH MORE I love this conversation and story because Nadine is at a total and complete intuitive place in her relationship with food and body and exercise, and she’s never even heard of intuitive eating. Her path ahs been all about reconnecting with herself with her body and really living from an intuitive place.
