We're going inward this week. Buckle Up!

No one likes starting over, but the way life is set up, along with the people in it, sometimes, starting over is exactly what we need to do!

It's been a minute since we last connected but I'm happy to be back. This weeks topic is all about preparing yourself to the very things that you've been putting off. It's going to serve as a gentle reminder that you are capable of doing whatever it is that you set your mind to. It's time for you to take action!

This week I'm talking about my rebranding journey and sharing some of the ways I've had to get myself together.

I haven't always had an easy time forgiving others. I would think that I was over a situation and boom, I'd get triggered and I'm disappointed all over again. After finding out (first-hand) what it feels like to not to be truly forgiven, I decided to make a change. Forgiveness has created a lot of room for me to stretch and grow. I hope it does the same for you.

Ahhh!! My first full podcast episode is finally here!!! I can't begin to tell you how gewd it feels to be back! I feel like things are starting to make sense again and the peace and order I've been craving, has finally returned. We're playing catch up this week and I'm filling you in on some of the key lessons I learned during my time away. I'm looking forward to hearing what you think about it.

With an almost 2-year long hiatus, I'm ready to come out of my cocoon now 🦋.
