    This episode is a little different — it’s a note from my heart to yours.

    After much reflection, I’ve decided to close this chapter of The Woman of Wellness Podcast. This means there won’t be any new episodes released moving forward.

    But the good news is — every past episode will remain available for you to listen to anytime you need a little encouragement, a mindset shift, or a reminder that you can build a healthy, peaceful relationship with food and your body.
