Your host, Natalie, talks to you about her experience with trying to find joy in the every day!

I've pushed myself (and probably others around me) so hard in every aspect of life to build "the dream life". In doing so I've found myself in the constant cycle of wanting more. After the pandemic, we’ve all found ourselves, or at least a very large majority of us, reassessing our lives - are we happy? What do we want? Who do we want to be?

After a serious burn out episode, I found myself questioning every decision I’ve made life-wise and career-wise as I found myself seriously not enjoying the path I was once so adamant on going down. I'm on a mission to live life now and be present in the present.

The places I turned to for support all came from people who have come out the other side. They had been through the journey, come off the rollercoaster and for most part, had put together a paid-for course to get me out the other side too. The Winging It Life podcast explores the different techniques I’ve been trying to put myself back into the direction of happiness! I’m definitely not out the other side and so I’m using this as a bit of a journal to hold myself accountable while letting anyone else that’s in a similar boat know what I’ve been trying and the results I’ve been getting.

My intention is to provide comfort to anyone else in the same situation and perhaps provide a little inspiration to live life to the full. I’m totally winging this - some days I’m great, other days I fall back into similar patterns, but life is a journey right - it’s about discovery not perfect.

Success can mean absolutely anything; the goal is to enjoy the journey.

  • I'm Back in My Manifesting Era
    Jul 6 2026

In this episode, I share what happened when I decided to stop focusing on what wasn't working and start focusing on raising my vibration again. From gratitude practices and visualisation to revisiting some of my favourite manifestation teachers, I've found myself back in that feeling of possibility, and things have started moving.

I talk about the concept of Ask, Believe, Trust, Receive, why I think the "believe" part is actually the hardest, and share some of the manifestations that have shown up recently (including a washing machine within 24 hours, a family holiday, and some exciting career developments).

Whether you're a manifestation sceptic, a secret believer, or fully in your own manifesting era, this episode is a reminder that sometimes the biggest shift happens when you stop trying to control everything and start allowing yourself to believe that good things might actually be on their way. ✨

  • Finding Faith in a Sign
    Jun 30 2026

Have you ever asked for a sign?

In this episode, I explore the role signs have played throughout my life, particularly during the most uncertain moments. From repeated numbers to unexpected coincidences, I share why I started asking for signs, what they gave me, and why I've become less interested in whether they're "real" and more interested in how they make me feel.

This isn't an episode about convincing you to believe in anything. It's about hope, trust, and finding comfort when life feels uncertain. Because sometimes the sign itself isn't the point. Sometimes it's simply the reminder that everything might just be okay. ✨

  • Two Things Can Be True At Once
    Jun 23 2026

In this episode, I explore one of the biggest mindset shifts I've learned over the last few years: that two things can be true at once.

You can deeply want something to change and still enjoy your life today. You can be grateful and disappointed, hopeful and frustrated, excited and scared. Using my own experience of infertility, motherhood, and the tendency we all have to postpone happiness until the next milestone, I talk about how I stopped putting my life on hold and started living again.

If you've ever found yourself saying, "I'll be happy when...", this episode is for you.
