Is God Is: Is this the best movie of the year?

    We get into it.

The movie is brutal, funny, strange, and hard to shake. We talked about the sisters, the rage, the violence, and why revenge in this story did not feel shocking as much as it felt inevitable.

Kara Young and Mallori Johnson are incredible as Racine and Anaia, and Aleshea Harris directs the film with a tone that is sharp, wild, theatrical, and completely its own.
