- Todd paid his October bowling registration in advance on September 1 and bowled every Wednesday at Crestfield Lanes at 7 PM.
- Bus driver Douglas Crane reported seeing a man with a blue canvas duffel at the Maple Avenue stop at 7:20 PM, a detail later contradicted by the Sunoco clerk Kevin Sharpe in February.
