Over the past week, the internet has been in a divided uproar over the now viral clips of a Black female therapist who used her platform to challenge Black Men to seek therapy to expand their emotional intelligence and ability to communicate.  In response to her viral Tik Tok videos, think pieces and articles were written making its way to her employer, prompting them to terminate her for violating industry or company ethics guidelines.  There were people who celebrated this therapist losing her job because they disagreed with her stance.
