IT’S OFFICIALLY SEASON 6!!!

A new season is here, and trust me,I have so much lined up, including incredible guests who’ll be sharing stories, insights, and conversations you do not want to miss.

In this episode, I dive into the things we are leaving in 2025 (because… it’s time 😌),from toxic exes to unnecessary side quests. I also get into what we need to bring back and carry into 2026, from bringing shame back (long overdue, honestly) to taking feminism forward as we head into a new year,especially with society slowly regressing.

On this episode I decided to breakdown one of the most polarizing topics in our Kenyan society: Suicide.

Suicide has been one of the most stigmatized topics in Kenya which has made it hard for a lot of people struggling with suicidal thoughts and generally mental health issues. On this episode specifically I want to raise awareness on the need to create a safe space for people to share their struggles with mental health and how we can be more sensitized to mental health issues and its complexities.

I hope this episode provides comfort to anyone struggling and that it echoes that they are truly seen, understood and LOVED.

On this episode I got candid and a bit emotional over the forgotten issues currently plaguing the global south, violence and wars.

This episode for me was a way to speak out on the plight of the people who the international community has forgotten. This are the people of DRC , the Sudanese people and the Women of Afghanistan. The international community has been silent on their plight for liberation and freedom, no major headlines is being created for them, no one is creating a hashtag for them yet they are the most vulnerable right now.

In Sudan for example a famine is looming due to the blockade of aid and other humanitarian aid into the various regions in Sudan being plagued by war. What is the international community doing to end this evil plaguing the people of these regions ?where are the western activists when there voices are crucially needed by the people of DRC ,Sudan and the apartheid women of Afghanistan?

Listen in as I break this down and dive into what is really happening and what lies ahead for the international human rights.

On this episode of The Untimely Podcast, I got candid and shared what I’ve been observing on the internet ― performative activism, or as others might prefer to call it, virtue signaling.

I thought it wise to talk about it, as I’ve been noticing it for a while now.

As I mentioned in the episode, this is merely an observation and not a “self-proclaimed righteous take.” I, too, am susceptible to virtue signaling, as I point out in the discussion.

On this episode I get down and talk about a recent thought I had on what we term as Criticism but masked as judging and being straight up judgemental. This is just my take on this and a thought I had , I know alot of people have their own idea of what should be judged or why its okay to judge other people.
