I don't know when it happened (it probably coincided with the universal presence of social media). But you can't go more than :60 seconds of scrolling when some shirtless muscle bound dude (a "fitness influencer") is in your face letting you know that he looks that way because of "this training routine" or "that workout modality." In truth, they are there to be gazed upon and adored. And what's sad is that some of these guys may very well have good advice to dispense. But who's gonna take 'em seriously when they're all oiled and 80% naked?

Also, there are certain rock stars over 40 and 50 who believe going "full torso" is attractive and bad ass.

It isn't.

Rocco Vitelli is more than just a "Psychedelic Artist." He is someone who embraces the culture that reared us - 60s comic strips, classic rock (specifically Pink Floyd. Grateful Dead, Beatles, etc...). He's also one of those responsible artists that works a regular job to support his wife and daughter, but still carves out time to honor is artistic gift.

It's a lesson for all of us - we can be "responsible," and still indulge our creative passions.
