Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

We celebrate leaders for how much they can carry. But who holds the person who is always holding everyone else?

In Episode 2 of The Unbreakable Hour: Conversations with Unbreakable Voices, host Her Excellency Ambassador Jeannette Matta and co-host Ambassador Dr. Ofadile ⚠️ bring together leaders and young voices from the United States, Puerto Rico, India, Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana and Brazil. They talk about the hidden emotional cost of being "the strong one" at home, at work and on the world stage.

This is humanity's platform. It crosses borders, titles and generations to talk about strength, responsibility and mental well-being.

In this episode:

• Dr. Virginia Rivera on the silent burden of being the strong one. She explains why "I've got you" can mean more than "I love you," and why a boundary protects your humanity.
• Ambassador Dr. Sukumar ⚠️ shares the story of Swami Vivekananda and the knife: real leadership means keeping the sharp edge for yourself. She also talks about the gap between public strength and private reflection.
• Ambassador Adetunji Temitope Felix ⚠️ (Nigeria) on the cost of never breaking. He covers strategic leadership, raising up the next generation of leaders, leadership as a marathon relay, and managing risk so leaders don't burn out.
• Ambassador Dr. Adams Jabri ⚠️ (Ghana) describes shepherd, servant and boss leaders. His advice: "You can't go far alone."
• Orefile Santudu ⚠️ (Botswana), a 21-year-old poet and finance student, talks about eldest daughters, boys who are taught not to cry, and giving leaders their flowers while they're still here.
• Pedro de Oliveira ⚠️ (Brazil): "The strongest person in the room should not have to become the loneliest person in the room."
• Constance Moraque ⚠️ (Botswana), a former head girl, explains why vulnerability is a leadership strength and how to build a support circle.
• Fadesewa ⚠️, a 14-year-old student from Nigeria, shares her vision of leading by working together.

Key takeaway: Strength doesn't mean suffering in silence, and being unbreakable doesn't mean standing alone. We are human first. Learn more at www.engagegia.com
