Its' a New Year and new energies are afloat. As we make our way into a new cycle, I want us to consider how to be more alive.
I know that may sound strange seeing as we are alive now, but many of us are moving through life with a torch of fear.
Fears show up in many ways - anxieties, worries, phobias...but all fear is connected to the ultimate fear - the fear of death.
Even if you are not afraid of dying, listen in on how fear controls our lives and relationships and what we can do to have a difference experience of reality.
Think: meeting your higher self. Being connected to Spirit. Integrating beliefs.
