- The planner was found three weeks into the April rains, forty feet above Clement Road in an oak tree.
- Dawn collapsed on her kitchen floor on March 19, 2019 from a ruptured cerebral artery and died twenty-two days before the planner was found.
- Dawn married Paul Berry in 1998, divorced him in 2014, and moved to Creston Terrace the same year.
- She began a second life after meeting Tom Kessler at a 2003 medical billing conference in Crestfield; by 2004 she was renting on Alderman Street and used the name Dawn Kessler.
- The planner recorded four children’s birthdays: Marcus (born 2000), Kim (born 2003), Abby (born 2007), and Owen (born 2010).
