- The dental tray was found by Wayne Wilson during a routine septic call in April 2011 in a garage at 4 Orchard Mill Road.
- The instruments were laid out in clinical order with mirror, probe, scaler and cotton rolls, and no dust sheet, in a private garage attached to an empty house.
- Erin Evans had practiced dentistry for thirty-one years and held two valid licenses under different names in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
- Erin owned the Millhaven building through a holding company and a brick colonial on Ashgrove Way where her domestic partner Leonard Pace lived for eighteen years.
- Marcus Rourke was eleven when his mother Denise died in 2004, and was seventeen at the time of the later hearing but gave no statement to either board.
