This week on The Top Guys Podcast, Devon makes a bold claim:

Mel Blanc might be the greatest actor of all time.

From Bugs Bunny to Daffy Duck and everything in between, we break down how one man created entire worlds, personalities, and childhood memories using nothing but his voice—and why that might deserve way more respect than it gets.

Then… because this is The Top Guys, the conversation takes a turn into wrestling.

We start building out our own wrestling personas, which quickly spirals into:

• Entrance music and over-the-top gimmicks
• Finishing moves that make zero sense but feel absolutely right
• Heel vs. face energy
• Promo styles—and who would get cooked on the mic immediately

It’s voice acting greatness, wrestling nonsense, and three friends having way too much fun imagining careers that absolutely would’ve gotten out of hand.

Mel Blanc & Wrestling.
It makes more sense than it should.

Three comic book fans. One impossible question.

Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko are locks for Marvel's Mount Rushmore—but who deserves the fourth spot?

The Top Guys dive deep into Marvel history, debating legendary creators, game-changing artists, industry saviors, and the people responsible for shaping the Marvel Universe as we know it. Along the way, expect comic book nostalgia, unexpected hot takes, and the kind of passionate nerd arguments that only lifelong fans can have.

Who belongs on Marvel's Mount Rushmore?

This week on Top Guys, each of us brings two things we wish more people knew… and let’s just say, it goes deeper (and wider) than expected. From everyday truths to the kind of stuff that can actually change how you see things, we bounce between insight, humor, and a few “wait… yeah, that’s actually true” moments.

It’s one of those episodes where you come for the conversation and leave thinking about it later.

Pull up a chair and hang out with us.

This week on The Top Guys Podcast, we enter Top Guys Fight Club.

The question is simple: if you could fight anyone — real or fictional — who would it be, why are you fighting, what’s at stake, and are you walking away with the win?

Naturally, the answers are completely unhinged.

We get into fictional rivalries, legendary martial artists, cartoon grudges, public service beatdowns, childhood trauma, government chaos, utility bills, and one man’s highly specific mission involving Destro and a certain someone from Cobra.

It starts as a fight card.
It turns into therapy.
Then somehow, we end up talking about oranges.

Welcome to Top Guys Fight Club.

The Top Guys kick off their very first guest interview with Noah Goins (@noahgoinscomics), a freelance writer and passionate comics advocate who has built a 40,000+ follower Instagram following in just over a year by championing the artistry behind the medium.

In this wide-ranging conversation, Noah traces his love of comics back to Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man films leading him into his local comic shop, and shares how years as a hip-hop lyricist gave him the courage to put himself in front of a camera. The crew digs deep into what separates great comics artists — from golden age legends like Jack Kirby, Alex Toth, and Wallace Wood, to modern voices like Dan Mora, Daniel Warren Johnson, and Elsa Charretier — and why Noah feels compelled to make sure artists get the credit they deserve in a space that too often forgets them.

Along the way, the guys debate the John Romita Jr. Amazing Spider-Man #1000 controversy, make a case for an Agent Venom movie, introduce Noah to Mike Parobeck and Mike Wieringo, and get a surprise shameless plug from the hosts themselves.
