    There are many religious leaders, pastors, evangelists, televangelists, and even theologians who teach what they say is spiritual truth. Some claim to speak the very words of Almighty God in what they refer to as divine prophetic utterance, These are the self proclaimed "prophets" who need to be in psychiatric therapy instead of behind a pulpiit with hundreds of thousands if not millions of followers who take everything they say as absolute truth. This is Part 1 of a series on this topic. I'll explain and prove how spirituality was hijacked and turned into a fear and guilt based religious system that is very lucrative to say the least. I'm not against Christianity or personal faith. I'm against the exploitation of millions who have their trust and faith used against them. Very few ever speak about this because it's an extremely sensitive topic. Please bear with me. I'm not attempting to destroy the faith of anyone.     We all have a dark side we struggle with and keep hidden. Carl Jung referred to this as the shadow or dark twin - the unknown or unconscious aspect of the personality. Jung said the shadow is instinctive,irrational, and prone to psychological projection in which a perceived personal inferiority is projected onto someone else. It's also largely negative and only becomes stronger the more it is repressed.There is no destroying or conquering it because it is part of you as much as your conscious mind is. Many attempt to rid themselves of it which only leads to suffering. In this episode I'll discuss and share the solution to this diilemma affecting people of all walks of life as well as my own theory and perspectives on a truly fascinating journey into the unknown.
