Vanakam Entrepreneurs! “Rome wasn't built in a day, but Rome was built every day.” We often remind ourselves that great things take time. But time alone doesn't build anything. What we do every day matters. As entrepreneurs, somewhere between running our businesses and chasing our dreams, we forget to keep growing. That's why I started the Tamil Entrepreneur Podcast. Five minutes every day to help you think bigger, learn something new, and take action. Because I believe Tamil entrepreneurs can build businesses that change economies and that changes starts today as Day 1.Saranya Narayana Moorthy
  • Your Business is your Car - Here's how you drive it
    Oct 20 2026

Imagine running a machine with hundreds of gears, switches, and moving parts. Even if one small part isn't functioning properly, the entire machine slows down.

Running a business is no different. We often look outside for new opportunities, tools, and strategies, while overlooking the potential of what we've already built.

What if the next stage of your business growth doesn't require something new, but simply requires you to make what you already have work better?

In today's episode, let's explore how small upgrades within your business can create bigger opportunities for growth.

  • Every Business can Grow Big - But are you ready to make your Business Bigger?
    Oct 18 2026

I recently saw this quote that stuck with me.

“Rome wasn't built in a day, but Rome was built every day.”

We often remind ourselves that great things take time. But somewhere in that thought, we forget something equally important. Great things don't just take time. They take consistent effort, every single day.

And that's where most of us struggle.

We have big dreams, ambitious goals, and plans for the businesses we want to build. But we often underestimate how much our everyday actions contribute to making those dreams a reality.

Every day we skip isn't necessarily just one day lost. Sometimes, it takes another three or four days to regain the momentum, discipline, and clarity we had before.

And when this happens repeatedly, we aren't just delaying our goals. We're slowly getting comfortable with not moving towards them.

I believe Tamil entrepreneurs are capable of building businesses that are much bigger than what we currently imagine. But getting there requires more than inspiration once in a while. It requires constantly learning, making better decisions, taking action, and reminding ourselves of what we're working towards.

That's exactly why I'm starting the Tamil Entrepreneur Podcast.

Every day, for five minutes, I want to share one thought, one lesson, or one perspective that can help you think bigger, build better, and take that next step in your entrepreneurial journey.

Some days, we'll talk about sales. Some days, about business growth, marketing, leadership, or the mistakes we make as entrepreneurs. And on other days, it might simply be a reminder that you shouldn't give up on what you've started building.

Through this podcast, I intend to contribute towards building a stronger economy of Tamil entrepreneurs, one small lesson and one meaningful action at a time.

Because I don't want this to become another podcast you listen to, feel motivated by, and forget about.

I want this to be five minutes that make a difference in what you do with the remaining hours of your day.

And hopefully, as we continue showing up here every day, we'll build a community of entrepreneurs who don't just dream about building bigger businesses, but actually work towards them.

That's also the larger vision behind Tamil Entrepreneur Academy. To help Tamil entrepreneurs develop the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities to build businesses that can grow beyond their current limitations.

    So here's to Day 1.

I don't know how many people will listen to this podcast today or how big this will eventually become. But I do know that if we continue showing up, learning, and putting in the work, we'll be much further ahead than where we are today.

After all, Rome wasn't built in a day.

But somebody showed up to build it every day.

    Let's build something bigger, together.
