This episode is a very frank and well told story of my guest Izzie's experiences, and includes mature themes including Sexual Abuse, Rape and Physical Abuse. Izzie is a dog lover, with her own business Apocalypse Dogs. Izzie is here to tell her story of unimaginable challenge in the hope to inspire and give strength to others. We talk about how her challenges have lead to her being who she is today, what she would have done differently and what others could have done to help her escape from the horror she was in. We also spend some time talking and finding more out about her assistance dog Arlo, and some of the incredible things he can do to help Izzie daily with her POTS and Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome.
