Denver, Colorado: In a quiet South Denver neighborhood, a 911 call on a freezing Sunday afternoon sets off a chain of events that will leave detectives questioning everything inside a seemingly picture-perfect home. When 44-year-old Stacy Feldman is found unresponsive in her bathtub, her husband Robert tells authorities he tried to save her. He points to medications, recent medical treatments, even a fall the night before. But the scene investigators walk into open windows in bitter cold, drawers pulled out, unexplained bruising which doesn’t sit right.

The medical examiner cannot determine a clear cause of death. Toxicology results contradict what police were told. Stacy had plans that day she never would have missed. Friends were texting her. Her children were waiting to be picked up. And as detectives reconstruct the timeline, small inconsistencies begin to surface — missed school pickups, conflicting explanations, and behavior that feels increasingly difficult to reconcile.

Then a tip comes in that shifts the focus of the entire investigation. A secret relationship. A hidden identity. A phone call placed just hours before Stacy died. What begins as a puzzling medical mystery slowly transforms into something far more sinister... raising the question: was this a tragic accident… or a carefully concealed crime?
