    • Using scripture to manipulate and why that is not godly leadership
    • The difference between submission and subservience in marriage
    • Owning poor leadership and how pride disguises itself as righteousness
    • Good intent with bad impact and how to repair trust

  • After The Affair
    Oct 7 2026

Cheating doesn’t just break a rule. It breaks safety, and when safety is gone, a marriage can slip into survival mode where one trigger turns a “good day” into day one all over again. We get real about betrayal trauma after infidelity, why “I said sorry” isn’t repair, and how men often underestimate the lasting impact of D-Day on a wife’s mind and body, including PTSD-like symptoms and constant alertness.

We also zoom out to accountability in culture, from public allegations to rape culture and the ways institutions can fail victims. Then we bring it straight back home: there is no justifiable reason for a man to cheat, and blaming your spouse only deepens the injury. What actually helps is humility, endurance, and what we call godly sorrow, not performative tears because you got caught. We talk identity issues, performative masculinity, and why some men chase validation outside the marriage even when they still “love” their wife.

To make this practical, we walk through a clear trust rebuilding framework: REPAIR. That means remorse over regret, evidence over speeches, shared positive experiences, accountability without excuses, openness to inspection like check-ins and location sharing, and transparency that volunteers information instead of waiting to be asked. We also warn against confession dumps and staggered confession, and explain why guided disclosure with a betrayal therapist or experienced couples counselor can prevent more damage.

If you’re trying to rebuild after an affair, take this conversation seriously, share it with someone who needs it, and subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next. What part of repair are you willing to start with today?

  • Is Porn Cheating?
    Sep 22 2026

We react to a viral claim that sex is mandatory and cheating is justified, and we call out the entitlement and anger that turn intimacy into a transaction. We dig into what actually drives low desire, porn use, and temptation, then lay out practical and faith-based ways to protect connection and fidelity.

    • reacting to the viral “sex is mandatory” argument and why the spirit behind it matters
    • sex as a want, not a need, and why that framing changes everything
    • why intimacy problems usually point to a deeper relationship issue
    • emotional safety, stress and unresolved conflict as libido killers
    • how men and women often experience connection differently
    • a real marriage story about learning pace, consent and mutual participation
    • porn culture statistics and how sexualized media trains the mind
    • porn as a coping tool for usefulness, identity and pain
    • brain chemistry, neural pathways, and what makes porn feel addictive
    • the spiritual lens on lust, self-control and resisting temptation
    • whether porn and masturbation count as cheating and why exclusivity matters
    • why “watching together” can hide deeper disconnection and resentment
    • counseling community and maturity as the long game for fidelity

  • The Money Talk Men Avoid
    Sep 14 2026

If money disappeared tomorrow, would you still recognize yourself? We sit down as three men from different generations and get painfully real about the money talk a lot of men avoid: debt, shame, and the silent pressure to be priest, provider, and protector with no room to be tired, scared, or human. We break down why so many “money arguments” in marriage are not about dollars at all, but about identity, respect, and the fear of not measuring up.

We also challenge the outdated idea that providing means paying for everything like it’s 1915. For most families, stability looks more like clear agreements, shared responsibility, and long-term planning: home ownership, equity, liquidity, good credit, retirement, and protection from lifestyle creep. If you’re comparing your life to what you see online, we explain why that comparison trap keeps you anxious and stuck, even when your income rises.

Then we get practical: how to be honest about your career ceiling, when to upskill or pivot, why budgeting is boring but powerful, and how stewardship turns chaos into clarity. We talk about generosity and giving, including tithing for those who practice it, as a habit that keeps money from owning you. If you want a calmer mind, stronger relationships, and a financial plan your future self will thank you for, this is your push. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review so more people can find the show.
