• E#:19 What if there is way forward I just can't see yet?
    Nov 26 2020

The word 'yet' holds so much hope in it. This episode explores the hope we can fall into when we are uncertain of what's ahead. It discusses the healing quality of vulnerability and the notion that we can trust the universe to reveal, in time, what we need to know.

  • E#18: What if freedom is my birthright?
    Nov 25 2020

This episode explores the idea of freedom and question the idea of freedom NOT being a prize but instead our birthright. It suggests that we need to change the way we view freedom if we are to step fully into the freedom our lives can contain.

In this episode I reference a webinar by David Whyte titled 'A wellbeing series of changemakers'. This webinar can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eescm4F8JEo

  • E#:15 What if the unknown is the magic and art of living?
    Nov 23 2020

This episode, inspired by poet David Whyte, is an invitation to drop into the darkness of the unknown, and instead of making up stories, choose instead to lean into the shadows to find who you truly are and are becoming.

In this episode I reference a webinar by David Whyte titled 'A wellbeing series of changemakers'. This webinar can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eescm4F8JEo

  • E#14: What if I let the old stories go?
    Nov 23 2020

This episode is about letting go of our old stories, and the process of growth that occurs when we do. This episode is for anyone who is facing a new season and struggling with the process of change. It's an invitation to allow old parts of you to fall away, to look naked for a time, vulnerable in the wintery seasons, but to invite life will do what it always does; to evolve you into the new edition of who you are.

In this way, we allow life to flow through us and in that choice, abundance lives. Spaciousness exists. Miracles occur and we become better because of it, stronger and more valuable in our very core.

  • E#13: What if it's okay to struggle?
    Nov 20 2020

In many of my earlier episodes, there is a theme, where I have talked about spaciousness occurring when we dis-identify with the stuff of form, when we realise we are enough without all of the things of form; when we rise above struggle.

This is all really important stuff, but it can lead to some misassumptions. Misassumptions I, myself, am still learning to overcome; the idea that to struggle, to want, to be out of spaciousness is a wrong of us. I want to clear this up.

In todays episode, I explore the idea that it's okay to struggle. I refer to a podcast interview with Russell Brand and Gabrielle Bernstein and their reference to ‘Internal Family Systems Theory’ ; a form of psychotherapy developed by Richard C. Schwartz in the 1980s.

The podcast with Brand and Bernstein can be found here: https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/159-from-pain-to-awakening-with-gabrielle-bernstein/id1212064750?i=1000498549302

  • E#12: What if the past didn't need to shadow me? How would I live then?
    Nov 19 2020

As humans, we operate at three levels of time; the past, the present and the future. We derive our identity from all three of these. In this episode, I explore the question of the past and I discuss the shadows that linger there for many. If you find the past is holding you back, in any way, then this episode is for you. An introduction to a process that can help you rise above struggle and live the spacious way.

In todays episode, I mention a couple of links. The first is the tarantula study. That can be found here... https://www.psychologicalscience.org/news/releases/that-giant-tarantula-is-terrifying-but-ill-touch-it-expressing-your-emotions-can-reduce-fear.html

The next is to a worksheet to assist you to do scan of the past. This can be found here...
