🌀 In April 2006, a terrified man appeared on the streets of Kyiv wearing outdated clothes, carrying a vintage camera, and insisting he had come from the year 1958.
His name was Sergei Ponomarenko.
According to the story, police found photographs on his camera that shouldn’t have existed — including images allegedly taken decades before he appeared. Then the mystery became even stranger when investigators tracked down a woman who claimed she once knew him… before he vanished without explanation.
Was it an elaborate hoax? A misunderstood urban legend? A psychological break? Or one of the internet’s most unsettling alleged time slip cases?
