A certified NeuroChange Practitioner, Coach, and Master NLP Practitioner, Lillian blends behavioural science, storytelling, and archetypal leadership to guide women into deeper self-ownership. Her signature methodology — Voice, Power, Becoming — sits at the core of her transformation framework Becoming Woman, empowering women to move from overfunctioning and burnout into embodied, legacy-level influence.

Lillian is also the host of In Her Own Name, a powerful podcast that curates intimate, unapologetic conversations on identity, leadership, and navigating systems not designed with women of colour in mind.
