  • Ready Or Not, Change Is Coming
    Sep 28 2026

Some people say they do not like change, but sometimes the real problem is that the good idea did not come from them. In this episode of the RX3 Podcast, Salma shares how a digital workflow she helped build was rejected before COVID, only to become necessary when the world changed. She talks about workplace politics, resistance to better processes, why people cling to what is familiar, and the difference between criticizing change and refusing to evolve. Change is coming either way. The question is whether you will adapt or get left behind.

  • Make It Make Sense: No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

One man helped clean up a neglected river and was threatened with prosecution. Another went into Walmart to pay for strangers’ groceries and ended up banned for life from Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Murphy USA.

Yes, both organizations have explanations. The Environment Agency says the river work went beyond picking up litter, and Walmart says its decision was about previous policy violations, not charitable giving. Okay, but do those explanations answer everything?

In this episode, Salma asks why the rules suddenly become so important when private citizens take action, why the people responsible for neglected problems don’t seem to face the same consequences, and whether these rules are protecting people or protecting institutions from embarrassment.

Because when kindness becomes suspicious and doing nothing becomes normal, somebody needs to make it make sense.

  • Parent of the Year? Your Kids Kept the Receipts.
    Sep 14 2026

Some parents want the Parent of the Year trophy for feeding the children they brought into the world, then act shocked when those same children remember the favoritism, comparisons, blame, abandonment, and emotional damage.

In this episode, Salma asks why parents expect equal love and care in old age after spending childhood treating their children unequally. Yes, ungrateful children exist. But not every estranged child is ungrateful, forgiveness does not guarantee access, and children do not reset to factory settings at eighteen.

Before asking why your adult child stopped calling, check the family history. Your kids kept the receipts.

  • What If God Said, “If This Is an Emergency, Dial 911”?
    Sep 7 2026

When was the last time you prayed just to talk to God, not because something went wrong? In this episode, Salma asks whether some of us have turned prayer into an emergency call instead of a relationship. Going to church does not automatically mean you have a personal prayer life, and God is not a vending machine or personal assistant. This is an honest conversation about building a real relationship with God, finding strength through prayer, and learning to seek Him during the good times as well as the bad. The episode closes with a prayer for anyone ready to reconnect with God or draw closer to Him.

  • I Said I Don’t Drink. Why Isn’t That Enough?
    Aug 31 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Why does saying “I don’t drink” make some people so uncomfortable? In this episode, Salma looks at the pressure nondrinkers face at social gatherings and in workplace settings, why a simple no can turn into an argument, and why nobody should have to reveal medical, religious, or personal reasons before their choice is respected. If someone has to cross their own boundary to make you comfortable, is it really about having fun, or is it about control?

  • Do They Really Like You, or Are You Just Easy to Control?
    Aug 24 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Do people genuinely like you, or do they like that you agree with them, stay quiet, and never challenge what they do? In this episode, Salma looks at what happens when you question the status quo, refuse to put your name on something you can't defend, or finally set a boundary. From workplace retaliation to friendships and family relationships that change the moment you say no, this episode asks whether some people value you for who you are or only for what they can get you to do.

  • The Joneses Don’t Care About You

In this episode of the RX3 Podcast, Salma Kanu talks about being done with comparison, competition, chasing approval, and trying to keep up with the Joneses. She shares why having a satisfied mind does not mean giving up on your goals. It means appreciating what you already have while focusing on the life God placed in front of you. Sometimes, protecting your peace simply means saying, “I can’t be bothered.”

  • Why Do We Treat Poverty Like a Character Flaw?
    Aug 10 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Being poor is not a sin, and struggling financially does not mean that someone is lazy, unintelligent, or undeserving of an opportunity. In this episode, I talk about my family’s experience with financial hardship, the assumptions people make about poverty, and why money should never determine how much respect or humanity a person receives. Your current circumstances do not define your character, your value, or what you are capable of becoming.
