  • ROGER FRANKLIN WILLIAMS: Guest, Jim Pfaff.
    Apr 20 2026

Jim served as Chief of Staff for two different Congressmen – Cong. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Cong. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS). He also served as the Chief of Staff for the Colorado House Republican Caucus. Jim also served as Founder and Executive Director of Americans for Prosperity of Colorado, President of the Colorado Family Institute, and as a National Representative for Family Policy Councils at Focus on the Family. Jim is a nationally recognized public policy leader, and a seasoned grassroots and campaign operative having led major congressional, state legislative, and statewide ballot efforts.

Jim laid out his vision for this and coming years. “The Conservative Caucus has a storied history of advancing constitutional liberty. There has never been a time in our history where our constitution has been under siege as it is today. This year we will build the most effective grassroots effort in the nation: state by state. We must communicate on a broader scale in social media, traditional media, and creating our own channels of communication—and we will do just that. We will become the premier voice for constitutional liberty in the nation, and we will build an organization that can deliver on the promise of freedom in our American republic.”

Peter Thomas welcomed Jim, saying “his expertise will lead TCC to new levels as we build our grassroots networks, work to elect conservatives, and become a great and unifying force to restore America and our constitutional government.”
