    Oct 12 2026

Autumn Night returns to The Roads We’ve Traveled for an honest conversation about her experience transitioning and the journey that has brought her to where she is today.

Autumn talks about when she first realized she was transgender, opening up to the people in her life, and the experiences she's had since coming out. She shares both the good and difficult moments of her transition, including learning to understand and accept that some people may not remain in her life.

We also talk about Autumn's involvement in her local LGBTQ+ community and her efforts to make sure their voices aren't forgotten. She discusses attending meetings with local government and advocating for the needs and visibility of members of her community.

And, of course, we talk about music. Autumn shares what she's been working on creatively and gives us a look at her new EP.

It's a conversation about identity, relationships, community, creativity, and continuing to move forward while staying true to yourself.

  • Finding Purpose from Pain with Bob Marino
    Sep 28 2026

In this episode of The Roads We’ve Traveled, A.J. welcomes back Bob Marino for a conversation about life after OFNR Radio, loss, mental health, and finding new ways to express yourself.

Bob was the owner of OFNR Radio, which became a familiar name in the local music scene before closing its doors just before the pandemic. Since his first appearance on the podcast, Bob has experienced some major changes in his life, including losing his mother after her battle with cancer and going through a divorce.

Through those difficult experiences, Bob found ways to turn his pain and memories into something creative. He wrote “Living the Scene,” a book documenting his experiences and memories from the local music scene, and began performing live music with his band Last Dream Chased.

Bob also opens up about his own struggles with mental illness and what it has been like navigating grief, major life changes, creativity, and starting a new chapter.

It's an honest conversation about loss, music, mental health, and finding something meaningful to hold onto when life changes in ways you never expected.
