  • How to Attract (and Keep) Conscious Love
    Sep 16 2026

Conscious love isn't the absence of triggers. It's what happens when two people stop asking each other to be the parent they never had.

Here's the truth about relationships: their real purpose isn't to make you comfortable. It's to dig up everything unhealed in you and hold it right in front of your face. Your old childhood wounding. Your family patterns. The places you learned to abandon yourself, over-give, shut down, or chase. Relationship is the excavation site. It always has been.

In this episode, Lisa and Jane explore what it actually means to build a conscious relationship. Not one without projection, but one where projection gets named, owned, and repaired. Where you take responsibility for your own inner child instead of handing your partner the job. Where you can say "this is my wound talking" and mean it, and where your partner can do the same.

We'll talk about why so many spiritually oriented people keep attracting the same dynamic in different packaging, how unowned projections quietly run relationships from underneath, and what repair actually looks like when you've missed each other. And we'll talk about the beautiful thing nobody says out loud: there is healing available in relationship that you simply cannot access alone. Some parts of you will only come forward when there's another person in the room. That's not a design flaw. That's the medicine.

If you're single and ready to attract something different, or partnered and ready to go deeper, this conversation is about becoming the kind of person conscious love can actually land with.

  • When You’ve Outgrown Your Life and Don’t Know What’s Next
    Sep 3 2026

There's a particular kind of disorientation that doesn't look like crisis from the outside. Your job is fine, your relationships are fine, your life looks the way you built it to look. And yet something in you has moved on. The rooms feel smaller. The old excitement doesn't land the same way. You're not falling apart. You're outgrowing.

In this episode, Jane Bear and Lisa Campion sit down to talk about the strange, often lonely space between who you were and who you're becoming. When the identity, relationships, or path that once fit you no longer do, and the next version of your life hasn't revealed itself yet. They'll explore why this threshold can feel more destabilizing than an actual crisis, what's really happening in the nervous system and psyche during this kind of expansion, and how to stay present with the unknown instead of rushing to fill it with a premature answer.

Whether you're sensing a shift you can't name yet, or you're already standing in the in-between wondering what comes next, this conversation is for you.

  • Too Much or Not Enough? Reclaiming the Exiled Self
    Aug 12 2026

Too much. Too sensitive. Too intense. Too needy. Too loud. Or maybe it was the other side, not enough, not good enough, not lovable enough, not worth being seen. Most of us grew up hearing some version of one of these, and somewhere along the way, we learned to fold up the parts of ourselves that got that message. We tucked them away. We exiled them.

In this episode, Lisa and Jane explore the exiled self, those tender, hidden parts of us that carry our deepest wounds and, paradoxically, our greatest gifts. These parts didn't go into hiding because something was wrong with them. They went into hiding because the world around us, our families, our cultures, couldn't hold their full complexity. The child who felt too much learned her feelings were unwelcome. The one who was too curious learned that wondering was dangerous. And the parts we push away don't disappear, they wait, shaping how we love, how we work, and how we see ourselves, from the shadows.

Here's the heartbreaking part, the very qualities we exile are so often the ones that hold our aliveness. Our creativity, our intuition, our joy, our passion, they live right beside the pain we buried. So this conversation is an invitation to go back. Not to relive the wounds, but to reclaim what was always ours.

We'll talk about how these exiled parts form, how to recognize when one is running the show, why the feeling of a life that works but doesn't feel like enough is so often the cost of exile, and what it actually looks like to welcome these parts home with compassion. If you've ever felt like too much and not enough all at once, this one is for you.
