  • You Can't Hack Holiness
    Apr 23 2026

Are there shortcuts to the spiritual life—or are we all just hoping for an easier way? In a world full of “life hacks” and quick fixes, it’s tempting to think we can speed up our journey of faith. But what if real spiritual growth doesn’t work like that?

In this episode, we explore why you can’t “hack” holiness—and why that might actually be good news. Looking at the life of Peter, one of the most relatable and imperfect disciples, we talk about what it means to grow through mistakes, struggle, and transformation over time.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re getting it wrong, falling behind, or just fumbling your way through faith, this conversation is for you. The truth is: there’s no shortcut—but there is grace in the process.

  • Don’t Be Afraid—Go: The Women Who Ran Toward Resurrection
    Apr 2 2026

In this Easter podcast episode, we reflect on the Resurrection account from Matthew’s Gospel, focusing on the women at the tomb who were “fearful, yet overjoyed.” What does it mean to trust God and move forward in love, even when we’re afraid? Through personal stories and spiritual insight, we explore courage, discipleship, and how the Risen Christ meets us on the way and calls us to “go and tell.” A powerful reflection on faith, hope, and the transforming joy of Easter.

This episode is dropping before Easter, during the Triduum, so if you're not ready to listen till Easter, no worries. Here's a short written reflection on Good Friday: https://www.godspacecommunity.com/blog/2026/4/1/learning-to-hand-over-our-spirit-a-good-friday-reflection

  • Holding Grief in a Holy Space
    Mar 19 2026

You don’t have to avoid your grief to have faith. God meets you in it.

Lent invites us to face what we often try to avoid—grief, loss, and uncertainty. In the Gospel story of the raising of Lazarus, we see that even those closest to Jesus experience sorrow, anger, and doubt. “If only…” is a refrain we know all too well.

In this reflection, we explore what it means to move through grief instead of around it. What if naming our pain and allowing ourselves to feel it could become a path toward healing? Even in the midst of loss, God is present—meeting us in our most tender places and leading us toward hope, transformation, and new life.

If this resonates with you, take a moment to pause, reflect, and remember: the only way through grief is through it—and you are not alone.

  • Beyond Appearances: How God Sees the Heart (and How We Can Too)
    Mar 12 2026

We live in a world full of images—perfect photos, curated posts, and the constant pressure to keep up appearances. But Scripture reminds us of something deeper: people see the appearance, but God looks into the heart (1 Samuel 16:7).

In this reflection, we explore how easy it is to get caught up in appearances—our own and other people’s—and how that can disconnect us from what’s really happening within us. When we slow down and listen to our thoughts and emotions, we may discover that they are places where God is already speaking.

Drawing on the Gospel story of the man born blind (John 9), this episode invites us to move beyond blame, assumptions, and surface-level judgments so we can begin to see as God sees.

What might God want to show you in your own heart today? And how might learning to share from the heart deepen your connection with others—and with God?

Take a moment to pause, reflect, and encounter the God who sees beyond appearances.

  • From Complaining to Contemplation: Finding Living Water When Faith Feels Dry
    Mar 5 2026

Have you ever wondered, “Is God even here?”

Come along in this reflection as we talk about spiritual dryness, disappointment, and the quiet seasons when God feels silent. Inspired by the Israelites in Exodus and Jesus’ encounter with the Samaritan woman in the Gospel of John, we explore the movement from complaining to contemplation — learning to take a “long, loving look at the real.”

What if our thirst, our questions, and even our frustration are invitations to deeper faith? What if hope is still possible — even here?

If you’re walking through a wilderness season, longing for living water, or trying to trust God in uncertain times, this reflection is for you.
