In this episode, Jenny speaks to Jon Owen, a Father, Husband, Pastor and Director of the Iconic Wayside Chapel in Kings Cross - a place that welcomes and cares for all people. They discuss Jon’s extraordinary life as a missionary, his honeymoon at Mother Theresa’s Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata and what it’s like to live a life “standing in the gap” for his displaced brothers and sisters, as well as an update on the state of charities during covid.
SO WHAT DO YOU DO ALL DAY is a delicious peek into the working lives of the everyday Jills and Joes and some really extraordinary folk too. Jenny is not afraid to ask the wild questions to get to the heart of the things you’ve secretly been dying to discover but never been game to ask.
