A proposito di questo titolo

In this episode, co-hosts, Chris and Shante, share thoughts on comparison and how they see it as a real problem in the parenting journey. With the wide range of opinions and resources that are available via the internet and social media, it is easier than ever to compare yourself, your thoughts, and your actions to others. If we are not careful, we can find ourselves overwhelmed and trying to do all the things at once. When this happens, we may be forcing things that don't fit our family or children or just sitting in judgment of others. Neither is helpful. If there was any advice to be given it is: 1. Find the sweet spot where you are getting it right and nurture that thing in your family. Then find one or two things that you'd like to get better with and focus on them. Shut the rest of the noise out and really focus on your family and your values and the voices that line up with those things. 2. And as always, assure your children of your love, keep showing up, and circle back when you get it wrong. Let us know your thoughts.
