Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.

In episode 9, we’re getting into a conversation that’s rarely had and often neglected… Men’s Mental Health. Why is it so hard for men to admit when they’re not okay?

Why are men so often expected to be strong for everybody else while silently struggling themselves? What happens when “man up” becomes a reason to shut down, when “I’m good” really masks "I'm drowning."

We’re talking about masculinity, vulnerability, and the pressure men carry behind closed doors. From the expectations society places on men to the role the church plays in how we approach mental health, we’re challenging the idea that strength means suffering in silence.

Because being strong doesn't mean you never struggle, and asking for help doesn't make you any less of a man.

Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.

In Episode 8, we’re getting into a conversation that takes us back to the future... Reboot Culture. With the return of "A Different World", we’re asking why we’re so obsessed with bringing the past back.

Why do we keep rebooting the shows, music, fashion, and cultural moments we grew up with? Do we actually miss that time, or with so much content is it a struggle to create something new and original?

We’re talking about nostalgia, creativity, and the tension between preserving where we came from and creating something new. Because there’s nothing wrong with looking back—but if we’re always rebooting the past, when do we ever create something new worth remembering?

Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.

In Episode 7, we circle back to one of our more intense discussions around "Soul Ties." While the debate still stands around intimacy there's no question of it's presence in real Brotherhood.

What happens when the relationships that mean the most to us also become the relationships that cost us the most? Why is it so hard for men to develop deep, authentic brotherhood? What’s the difference between friendship, loyalty, and a real soul tie? When does loyalty become unhealthy?

We’re talking about vulnerability, trust, accountability, real soul ties, and the kind of brotherhood that isn't just about proximity it's about purpose.

Because everybody wants a brother until they realize the price of real brotherhood!

In Episode 6, we’re getting into a conversation that creates tension or testimony...Change. What happens when God changes you, but the people around you still expect you to be the same?

Why do people struggle when you outgrow the version of yourself they’ve always known? What happens when your maturity challenges the relationships, expectations, and labels that once defined you? Can people truly celebrate your growth, or do they sometimes prefer the version of you they were comfortable with?

We’re talking about spiritual maturity, God’s grace, identity, relationships and the pressure to remain the person people remember—even when God is calling you into something new.

You may remember the old me, but you don't get to define the new me.

Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.

In Episode 5, we’re getting into one of the conversations the church doesn’t always know how to have: SEX! Why is it so hard for Christians to talk about it?

What does the Bible actually say about sex? Why has sex become so closely connected to shame, guilt, and purity? What about sex before marriage? Sex after divorce? Are we doing a better job teaching people why sex is wrong and bad, instead of what it is and the beauty God created it for?

We’re talking sex, faith, relationships, marriage, temptation, and why the church might need to get more comfortable having an uncomfortable conversation.

Because when the Church is silent, the Culture will speak

Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.

In Episode 4, we’re getting into Cussing Christians—the words we say, the words we’re told not to say, and the question Christians have been debating for generations: Should Christians cuss?

Is cussing actually a sin? Does the Bible give us a list of words we shouldn’t say, or is the bigger issue what comes out of our hearts and why we say it? Can you love Jesus, follow Scripture, and still drop an occasional F-bomb?

We’re talking about language, unwritten Bible rules, culture, hypocrisy, and how much the words that come out of our mouths really matter to God.

We know you cuss, we do too! But should we?

  • Episode 3 | The Truth Behind Why Men Say…PAUSE
    Sep 1 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to The P3 Podcast—a podcast at the intersection of Christ and Culture! Where faith, music, life, fatherhood, relationships, and everything in between collide.

In Episode 3, we’re getting into Pause Culture—that thing men say when a conversation, comment, or action gets a little too close to that "sus"line and you gotta say it: “Pause!”

But why do we feel the need to say it? Is it just harmless humor and part of how men joke with each other, or does it point to something deeper about masculinity, identity, insecurity, and how men feel they’re supposed to be perceived?

We’re talking masculinity, male identity, the potential cost to our kids, and why sometimes the things we laugh about may reveal more about us than we realize.

Is “pause” just a joke… or is there something bigger behind it?
