Buying a house is supposed to mean you've "made it." Renting is supposed to make you feel like you're behind. But is that actually true? In this episode we are talking honestly about the money, freedom, and stress I've dealt with while both owning and renting. The choice isn't the same for everyone and that is OK, no matter what your mother says, but especially my mother.

This isn't about perfection or "loving your body everyday." It's about healing, unlearning, and choosing kindness towards yourself one step at a time. It's also ok to forgive people who never offered the apology you deserved.
