"This is Love," was recorded on Sep 12 2022, and as I was looking for the next episode to release... this was it. Sadly our local area experienced a mass shooting late last evening (about 15 min from my house and an area we spend quite a bit of time) and our hearts are heavy and prayers continue for the families affected.

As you gather with your families my prayer is that this podcast episode touches your spirit and brings you comfort along your physician entrepreneurial journey.

Time for an Executive Assistant! The Title of this week's episode is quite fitting--- physician entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship is about PIVOT-ing, "done is better than perfect," letting go of analysis by paralysis... in other words... this week there is no fancy intro or outro... beautifully crafted description...

Nope.. just the raw unedited episode that I recorded while cutting apples, laundry going in the background on a Friday morning.

Physician entrepreneurs, you are talented, you are able---but, the key to creating the life of freedom is to find the right team---and it is a journey... that will need to be tweaked, and I for one, and OK to tweak... and this episode just happens to fall in that "tweaking" period.
