There was a time I genuinely thought I couldn't carry on with my fitness business any longer. I was stuck around £4k a month and no matter what I did I couldn't break through it. I was posting content that got two likes, one from my nan. I was camped in strangers' DMs basically begging them to work with me. And I felt dirty doing it. But the money wasn't even the real problem. The real problem was I'd built a business that wasn't mine. I was working with people I didn't like, coaching things I didn't want to coach, marketing in a way that made me feel sick, and I couldn't make a single plan with my partner because I never knew what was coming in. I felt like a fraud just waiting to be found out. So I get it. And this podcast is everything I wish someone had handed me back then. It's not just about making more money, because I eventually made the money and still felt trapped. It's about building something that's actually yours. Working with people you genuinely want to work with. Selling and marketing in a way that doesn't break you. Getting your evenings and your weekends and your head back.
