A proposito di questo titolo

Meet Jay. Jay is a forty-something man with a mind that never stops moving—and these days, he actually lets the world in on the ride. This show is Jay’s way of checking his own pulse: seeing where he is, measuring where he’s been, and charting where he wants to go next. Every episode is Jay talking to Jay—out loud—while you get a front-row seat. Sometimes he doubles down on his thoughts, sometimes he calls himself out, and sometimes he surprises even… himself. Topics wander just like real life: doubts, family, red flags, feeling fly, dating, takeout orders that say way too much about your liJay Delnegro Scienze sociali

    Episode Title:
    Episode 17 - 2025 In Review

    Episode Overview:
In this episode, Jay talks to… well, Jay. Today he digs into his Cup O Good News, exploring how it ties into where he is in life, what it reveals about his habits and patterns, and what it might mean for the next stretch of his journey.

    What Jay’s Talmbout:
    Jay unpacks:

    • What he was optimistic for in 2025 and exploring some of those ambitions through written notes he made for himself.
    • Things don’t always land with how they were intended and Jay reflects on how that comes to be and what he promises to do differently going forward. Mainly, no submissions to Open-Calls.
    • It turns out alignment was always there. The introduction of being deliberate is what keeps on track.

Why It Matters (to Jay, anyway):
This episode touches on primarily on reflection and how when you really look at what you wanted to jot down and do, it’s because it’s genuinely a part of your character and make-up and Jay uses it as a pulse check — a way of seeing where he’s standing and where he might be heading next.

The Truth About Music from Jay Delnegro In episode Four of The Next 40. I get to talking about the Challenge for me and Music. I like music for the most part, but I do believe I understand what’s happening and why it’s not pulling at my heart strings like it might be for most others. This is the second part of a quick series on my thoughts on Entertainment so if you haven’t already please go back and listen to episode 3. • Giving More Could Change My Life’s Course Ep. 5

In episode Five of The Next 40. I get to talking about the my skepticism surrounding taking what I see at face value when it comes to giving. As I talk through the idea of giving more I kind of end up questioning a lot more than just putting change in a cup or sliding a few dollars to someone’s cash app. It leaves me feeling concerned about my own identity and wondering if I’m missing a piece of what’s beneficial and important to me because of my skepticism. This is something that hold close to my chest because I think what I’m really talking about is bigger and lot more complex than I really understand.
