Another teen movie for our cohosts Carolyn and Colin this month with a viewing of the cult classic, Empire Records, starring 90's icons Liv Tyler and Renee Zellweger. This movie was not a hit at the time of it's release, but has since become a beloved staple of the genre. Set in an indie record store during a 24 hour period, and touting an impressive soundtrack of 90's alternative music, this film is has either a song or character that will resonate with each viewer.

A pinnacle film of both the teen movie genre and 80's flicks, The Breakfast Club is John Hughes' most iconic film. Starring almost exclusively members of the Brat Pack, including Molly Ringwald, Judd Nelson, Anthony Michael Hall, Emilio Estevez, and Ally Sheedy, this R-rated film packs a lot of drama and comedy into its 97 minute run time.
