Dr. Vic Manzo hosts The Mindful Experiment Podcast.

He is a man on a mission to show people how limitless we are and how we truly create our realities.

In his early career of being a Chiropractor, he followed what all the gurus stated in business, self-help, and Chiropractic which led him to being burned out, unsatisfied, and unfulfilled.

Instead of leaving the profession, he decided to focus on what he already knew from neuroscience, quantum physics, spirituality, mindset, and much more.

From there, Dr. Vic experienced growth in all areas of his life, more fulfillment, and discovered a more simple way to achieve more out of this life.

Dr. Vic interviews guests on all different aspects of life that bring a piece to fulfillment in this experiment we call, “Life.”

He also does solo podcasts to share a concept, idea, science, or something to help level up your life and so much more.

This podcast is here to inspire, empower, and enrich your experiences in this life.

  • EP#524: What Is Consciousness? Is the Brain Creating It—or Receiving It?
    Oct 5 2026
What Is Consciousness? Is the Brain Creating It—or Receiving It?What exactly is consciousness?Science can map brain activity, study neural networks, and measure how the brain processes information. But one question remains incredibly difficult to answer:Why does any of it feel like something to be you?In this episode of The Mindful Experiment, Dr. Vic Manzo explores consciousness through neuroscience, quantum theory, philosophy, and spirituality. We dive into the Penrose-Hameroff quantum microtubule theory, Integrated Information Theory, panpsychism, the traditional materialist view of consciousness, and the fascinating idea that the brain may function more like a receiver or filter than the ultimate source of consciousness.Dr. Vic also revisits the quantum “observer effect” and an important distinction that is often missed in personal development: quantum experiments do not prove that simply observing or thinking about something automatically creates physical reality. Measurement and interaction matter, and the actual science is much more nuanced. But this episode isn't about proving which theory is right. It's about bringing the conversation back to your life. You don't have to solve consciousness to become more conscious. You can become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, reactions, conditioning, and choices. Through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, self-observation, surrender, and presence, you can begin creating space between what happens to you and how you choose to respond. And that's where consciousness becomes practical. In This Episode• Why consciousness remains one of science's biggest unanswered questions• Quantum microtubules and the Penrose-Hameroff Orch OR theory• Integrated Information Theory and panpsychism• The materialist view vs. the brain-as-receiver model• Unusual neurological cases that challenge simple assumptions about the brain• What the quantum observer effect actually means• Why awareness creates space between stimulus and response• Presence, surrender, intuition, and intentional choice• How becoming more conscious can change the way you experience lifeResearch & ReferencesHameroff & Penrose — Orch OR / Quantum Microtubule Theoryhttps://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24070914/Integrated Information Theory 3.0https://journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/article?id=10.1371/journal.pcbi.1003588Chapman et al. — Quantum Measurement / Which-Path Informationhttps://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.75.3783Severe Hydrocephalus Case Report — Feuillet et al.https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17658396/Panpsychism — Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophyhttps://plato.stanford.edu/entries/panpsychism/CONNECT WITH DR. • EP#523 - Innate & the Ancients
    Sep 23 2026
Where did the concept of Innate Intelligence actually come from? For generations, chiropractors have learned about Innate Intelligence, Universal Intelligence, and Stephenson’s 33 Principles. But how often do we stop and ask where those ideas originated—or what philosophical traditions may have influenced the early development of chiropractic? That question became the catalyst for Dr. Vic Naumov’s newest book, Innate & the Ancients. In this episode of The Mindful Experiment, Dr. Vic Manzo sits down with Dr. Vic Naumov for a deep conversation about chiropractic philosophy, vitalism, the history surrounding the 33 Principles, and the ancient philosophical traditions Naumov believes may have influenced chiropractic’s early thinkers. Naumov explains that his goal in writing the book was not simply to repeat the definitions chiropractors already know, but to explore the history behind them and ask what was happening intellectually and culturally before Stephenson's Chiropractic Textbook was published in 1927. Dr. Naumov shares his perspective on the possible influences of Hermeticism, Rosicrucianism, Theosophy, Freemasonry, and other esoteric traditions on early chiropractic philosophy. Importantly, he does not claim there was one definitive source. Instead, he presents these traditions as overlapping influences and invites chiropractors and students to examine the history for themselves. Dr. Vic and Dr. Naumov also explore a larger question: What changes when a chiropractor truly understands the philosophy behind what they do?They discuss intention, presence, adaptability, the relationship between practitioner and patient, the importance of chiropractors taking care of their own physical and mental state, and why philosophy can provide a deeper “why” behind clinical practice. Dr. Naumov argues that a chiropractor’s congruence, relationships, presence, and intention are inseparable from the way they show up in practice. The conversation also ventures into symbolism surrounding the number 33, the spine, ancient traditions, vitalism, and the idea that understanding the past can help chiropractors think differently about the future of their profession. Dr. Naumov is clear throughout the conversation that these historical and esoteric connections represent his interpretation and an invitation to question and explore—not established historical fact. Toward the end of the conversation, Dr. Naumov explains that his purpose is ultimately to get people to think. His goal with Innate & the Ancients is to organize information, present another perspective on chiropractic’s philosophical history, and allow readers to decide what resonates with them. • EP#522: Your Brain Is Not the Boss
    Jun 23 2026
What if your brain isn't actually running the show?

In this season 8 opener of The Mindful Experiment, Dr. Vic Manzo flips everything you thought you knew about the mind — backed by quantum mechanics, consciousness research, and real science that proves your attention is literally a creative force shaping your reality.

    💡 You'll Discover:
    • Why your brain is the receiver, not the source — and what's actually driving your reality
    • The Observer Effect explained: how your focused attention collapses infinite possibilities into a single lived experience
    • What Princeton's PEAR Lab research reveals about the non-local mind and how intention influences reality at a distance
    • Why you can't control which thoughts show up — but you can control which ones you fuel
    • How the story you tell yourself about any event determines whether it destroys you or launches you forward
    • Why everything in life is neutral — and your perception is the only thing giving it power
